Retirement and Savings Plan - 401(k) and Profit Sharing
To be eligible an employee must work a minimum of 1,000 hours per year and have completed one year of service. You are eligible to participate on any January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1 after you meet the eligibility requirements.
401(k) Savings Plan
This plan offers an excellent opportunity to save for the future on a pre-tax basis or an after-tax basis through the Roth deferral account. Mason Companies provide a generous matching contribution for the non-bargaining staff.
Profit Sharing Plan
Mason Companies generously shares company profits with the employees. Bargaining and non-bargaining employees receive generous company contributions to their accounts on an annual basis.

Mason provides you the flexibility to choose between two medical options. Each option provides comprehensive medical coverage.

Mason provides you the flexibility to choose between two dental options.
Life Insurance
Mason provides basic life insurance at no cost to you. You may be able to supplement this coverage by purchasing additional life and AD&D insurance for yourself, spouse, and children.
Long-Term Disability Insurance
Mason provides basic long term disability coverage (to eligible employees) of 60% of your monthly earnings in the event of your total disability. Payments will begin after you have been disabled for six months.
Extended Disability Bank/Loss of Wage
This benefit is intended to provide extended protection for longer term personal illness or injury.
Medical and Dependent Care Spending Accounts
Employees are allowed to direct part of their pay, on a pre-tax basis, into accounts that can be used later to pay for eligible out-of-pocket medical or dependent care expenses.
Paid Time Off
Mason Companies recognizes the need for time off from work. Paid time off is available to use for time away from work for personal reasons. It can be used for vacations, short term illness, holiday, etc.
