“I started working at Mason in 2002 as a part-time employee at the Outlet Store. Three years later, I transferred to the Call Center as a full-time Customer Service Representative. In 2013, I was promoted to our Escalation Team. As my knowledge grew, I became a role model for my peers and was recently promoted to Escalation Team Supervisor. It has been an incredible journey to get to where I am today. My favorite part about working at Mason is the people.
