As efforts around the world to contain the expansion and impact of COVID-19 continue, we wanted to let you know what’s going on at Mason Companies Inc. The health and well-being of our customers and employees is of the utmost importance.
Mason is subject to an order recently issued by the Governor of Wisconsin which imposes travel and social distancing requirements on Wisconsin residents. Our distribution centers are essential infrastructure and our business is an essential business, which allows us to continue to provide our products to our customers.
Pursuant to the Governor’s order, and for the protection of our employees, customers and community, we have implemented extensive social distancing protocols. We have quickly utilized technology resources, and most of our employees are now working from home, except where onsite work is required to support the operations of our distribution centers. Where employees work onsite, we have established procedures that maintain physical distance between employees, we have provided training, supplies and other resources to employees to maintain personal hygiene and facility cleanliness, and we have enhanced facility cleaning activities. We continue to monitor and implement guidance issued by federal, state and local authorities, and we have developed plans to respond to additional developments.
