We encourage our employees to give back with time, talent and treasure. Our employees spend countless hours volunteering in our community – our community is part of our Mason family.

Community Outreach
Irvine Park Clean Up
Every Spring, the Mason Team rolls up our sleeves and enjoys an afternoon outside cleaning up Irvine Park in Chippewa Falls. This team-building event provides a fun opportunity for everyone to get involved.
Chippewa Valley Boys & Girls Club
Mason Companies has been partnering with the Boys & Girls Club in Chippewa Falls since its inception and is a major annual sponsor to this great organization that supports more than 1,500 youth in our community.
Meals On Wheels
Mason Team members hit the road every month to volunteer with Meals on Wheels during their lunch hours. Our team is committed to supporting the community and inspiring community involvement.
Agnes’ Table
In addition to proving financial support to Agnes’ Table, Mason Team Members volunteer every month to serve meals to those in our community who face food insecurity.
School Supplies Drive
Supporting our communities – especially our youth – is a Core Value at Mason Companies. For more than 20 years, back-to-school means collecting and donating school supplies, backpacks and shoes to make it a little easier for those in need.
Feed My People Food Drive
At Mason Companies, our Executive Team leads by example by volunteering regularly at the local Feed My People Food Bank. What a great way to give back to the great community we live and work in!

In 1952, the BA Mason Trust was established to provide philanthropic support to the community in many different ways. We are proud to provide financial support to the organizations that strengthen our local performing arts, youth activities and other improvements that make our community a better place to work and live in.
