As a member of our Customer Care team you’re the face of Mason to our customers. Every day our Customer Care Representatives provide customer-centric service and support for our shoppers by taking orders, answering questions, providing current order/account information and addressing concerns.

Our Distribution Centers are a key part of customer’s shopping experience. Our Warehouse Workers focus on providing the highest level of care an efficiency, making sure our customers receive their purchases in a timely manner.
