Retirement and 401(k) Savings Plan
We value your future. In order to help you prepare for retirement we offer a generous Retirement and 401(k) Savings Plan. The plan is funded by contributions that you and Mason Companies make. Full and part time employees (that are age 18 and over) are eligible to enter the plan the beginning of the quarter following date of hire. To be eligible for the match and profit sharing allocation an employee must work a minimum of 1,000 hours per year and have completed one year of service.
401(k) Savings Plan
This plan offers an excellent opportunity to save for the future on a pre-tax basis or an after-tax basis through the Roth deferral account. We provide a generous matching contribution for the non-bargaining staff.
Sharing company profits with the employees is part of the Mason Way. Bargaining and non-bargaining employees receive generous company contributions to their accounts on an annual basis.
Continuing Education/Educational Assistance/Tuition Reimbursement
We are strong believers in continued learning and growth for our employees. All full time and part time employees are eligible for participation in the Mason Companies’ Educational Assistance Program as well as Internal and External Educational Workshops and Seminars that have prior approval.
Bert and Lucy Mason Scholarship
While employed at Mason Companies you and your dependents are eligible to apply for the Bert and Lucy Mason Scholarship awarded through the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire (UWEC). The recipient of the scholarship will be selected by the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire Scholarship Committee whose decision will be final.
