Paid Time Off
Mason Companies recognizes the need for time off from work. Paid time off is available to use for time away from work for personal reasons. It can be used for vacation, holiday, short term illness, personal time, time off to care for dependents, etc.

Wellness Program
Mason offers all employees the opportunity to join in a comprehensive wellness program. The program provides an annual health risk assessment, biometric testing and follow up coaching. In addition you will have the opportunity to join in health related activities from walking programs to healthy snacks during wellness week.

YMCA Discount
Enjoy the benefit of the Chippewa Falls YMCA located only blocks from the Mason offices. Mason pays a portion of the monthly dues for full and part time employees to help you stay active!

Funeral Pay
If a death occurs within the family of a Mason Companies employee, the Company will pay for the scheduled work days immediately preceding or following the day of the funeral. Number of days provided is dependent on the relation to the family member

Leave of Absence
We understand that life situations occur. Mason provides Leave of Absence opportunities in the areas of Family and Medical Leave, Personal Leave, Military Leave, and Educational Leave.

Extended Disability Bank (EDB)/Loss of Wage (LOW)
Available to Full and Part time employees (based on employment length), these benefits are intended to provide income protection for longer term personal illnesses or injuries.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
We recognize that an employee or a family member may experience a personal problem that could affect many aspects of their life. The problem may be due to illness, financial difficulties, family situations or emotional conflicts. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is provided as a benefit to all employees and their immediate families. The program is designed to provide you with trained professionals who can evaluate your particular problem and offer direction toward finding a solution. Services provided are counseling, advice, crisis intervention, and/or a referral to another agency and/or counselor.
