If you ventured to downtown Chippewa Falls this past weekend, it may have seemed like a circus!
The city held it’s annual “Bridge To Wonderland” holiday parade on Saturday, Dec. 1st. The parade is held the first week of December, and runs through Bridge St. in downtown Chippewa. Over 50 floats and walking units from area organizations and businesses took part again this year, dressing in “Big Top”-inspired attire for the parade’s “Christmas At The Circus” theme.
Mason Companies once again took part in the Christmas tradition. Employees decorated the trademark Mason boot float with lights and circus animals. Parade walkers wore animal hats, clown wigs and handed cotton candy to attendees along the parade route.
The “Bridge To Wonderland” parade is the city’s largest holiday event, and officially kicks off the Christmas season.
