In fall 2015, an all new Mason Virtual Contact Center—Marshfield will be opened.
“I am excited that Mason is making a major investment in Figi’s and the Marshfield community,” stated Jim Krueger. “The new contact center will be located in the main Figi’s office building and will feature all new workstations and state of the art technology supporting multiple contact channels including voice, email, and web.”
In addition to the building and technology upgrades, there will be an expanded focus on training to honor the company’s commitment of providing an excellent customer experience. Opening of the contact center will also provide new opportunities for the current Figi’s employees in addition to adding a number of new positions.
The Marshfield Center will be part of a virtual contact center which includes the location in Chippewa Falls. The virtual centers will take orders and provide customer service for all Mason and Figi’s brands.
