At Mason Companies, we set out every day to make the world a better place by taking care of our employees, serving our customers and supporting our communities. While our normal way of life has been disrupted by the continuing global pandemic, our commitment to this purpose is unwavering.
Our first priorities are always the health and safety of our employees. In the face of this pandemic, we are working every day to help protect the health of our employees, curb community spread of the COVID-19 virus, maintain business continuity and serve our customers to the best of our abilities. We continue to utilize technology resources as most of our employees are working from home, except where onsite work is required to support the operations of our distribution centers. Where employees work onsite, we have taken proactive actions to help protect the health of our hardworking employees by establishing procedures that maintain physical distance between employees, we have provided training, supplies and other resources to employees to maintain personal hygiene and facility cleanliness, and have enhanced facility cleaning activities. We continue to require anyone who is ill to stay home and continue to monitor and implement guidance issued by federal, state and local authorities.
